At Vorvik, we do everything we can to ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Our products are packaged and shipped with care so that you always receive a safe and reliable delivery.
1. Processing time
Once your order has been placed, we will get to work right away.
Processing time: 1–3 business days.
During busy periods, this may take an extra day.
2. Delivery time
Our average delivery time is:
Europe: 3–10 business days.
You will always receive a track & trace code once your package has been shipped.
3. Shipping costs
We offer fair and transparent shipping costs:
Free shipping on orders over €60
For orders under €60, we charge a small shipping fee, which is shown at checkout.
4. International shipping
We currently only deliver to:
Germany
Austria
Sweden
More countries will be added in the future.
5. Track & Trace
When your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your track & trace code. This allows you to track your package at any time.
