At Vorvik, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the product does not meet your expectations, don't worry — you can easily exchange or return your order within 30 days of receipt.

Right of withdrawal (30-day cooling-off period)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return the product.

When we receive your return in good condition, we will refund:

✔ The full order amount
✔ Including any shipping costs paid

We will process the refund within 14 days after we have received your return.

Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

❗ Products that cannot be returned

Some products are subject to legal exceptions and cannot be returned:

Products that cannot be resold for hygienic reasons once they have been used (e.g., when the seal is missing).

Products that are custom-made or personalized.

Digital products or services where the cooling-off period expires after immediate delivery.

Products or services that are subject to rapidly changing market prices.

Products that have been irrevocably mixed or damaged through use.

If a returned product falls under these exceptions, we cannot accept the return and you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product.
