1. How can I contact Vorvik if I have a question about my order?

We’re here to help with order updates, sizing questions, returns, and anything else you need.
2. How long does shipping take and when will I receive my tracking code?
Our average delivery time is 4–10 business days, depending on your country (Germany or Sweden).
Your tracking code is usually sent within 2–4 business days after your order is processed and shipped.
If you haven’t received tracking yet, check your spam folder or contact our support team.
3. How fast does customer support respond?
We aim to reply to all messages within 24 hours on business days.
During busy periods, responses may take up to 48 hours, but we always do our best to help you as quickly as possible.
4. What is your return & exchange policy if the shoes don’t fit?
No worries — you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
The shoes must be unused and in original condition.
Simply contact our support team and we’ll provide the return instructions.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, changes and cancellations are possible as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet.

Once the package has shipped, we can still assist through our standard returns process.
